"Wine teaches us the essentials of life – diversity, patience, passion and a drive
for knowledge. For those of us in the wine industry, it is vital to have a thorough
understanding of the global world of wines, but we must never forget the most powerful
component of wine – the simple enjoyment that it brings to all."
